How to Access Security Camera and Use Playback

To use the security cameras, please follow these steps;

1) If you are a property manager, the Protect app is on your iPhone and this app can be used to view the cameras.

2) If you have an iPad, the Protect app can be used to view the cameras.

3) All property managers have the camera website added as a bookmark on their Microsoft Edge browser.

4) Property managers also have the Uni camera website. Please refer to the IT text message thread where your credentials were sent to your work iPhone and use them to sign into the online portal if you need to view the cameras from the computer.

Using the cameras
1) On the far left hand side, choose the "playback button"

2) On the right hand side, use the "Timeline" or "Detections" sections to switch between playback options.
It's best to click on the "Detections" section as this will give a better viewing experience.
