Printer Paper Jam

When the printer says it has a paper jam, follow these instructions:

1) On the printers screen, follow the instructions exactly.

2) Clearing the paper jam will not get the printer to print again, you must follow the instructions fully before the printer will recognize the paper is unjammed.

3) The printer wants to take lead and force you to follow the steps. Follow the steps and let the printer do its thing. Go slow as the printers functions take time to process. Be patient.
